Switching companies on EB1C

Hi Folks,

            I am on H1B and My company is applying for EB1C for me (I was an International Manager for 2 years). I am hoping that we can go for concurrent filing of I140 and I485.

1. Would it be possible for me to switch jobs (managerial role in a different company) before getting the GC?

2. If yes, when can I switch jobs? And any pitfalls that I should be aware of?
