Venkat Rahul
Hello Everyone, Currently, I'm in a contract position, and my VISA status is H1-B and sponsored by my current employer. Last year my employer applied PERM, and it's approved. Last week my employer has submitted an I-140 application. Recently, I got a full-time offer (my end client offered me a full-time position). If I move out from my employer to full-time. Will it be any risk for my I-140 application? What would be the best step that I can take? 1. To stay with my current employer and get the I-140 prior date, then go with the full-time offer? 2. If I applied a premium process for I-140 and get that done in 15 days, then take a full-time is the best option? 3. Stick with the current employer to complete the I-140 process and plan later next year about the full-time? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
