Currently I have Sever Hand Pain issue and requested my employer for remote work as its hurting when driving (1.5hrs journey - Oneway) but they want me to apply ADA- American disability act. Can I apply it? Can I know what are the implications of that if I apply before Oath Ceremony? Can I know what are the implications in Future? Quote Link to comment
