venkatesh_nikki Posted August 13, 2021 Report Share Posted August 13, 2021 I have transferred my h1b to current employer in nov 2020, the employer holding of 3 months pay and running the pay stub, hold the money for GC processing, So in my stub paid date showing as current paid date but paid cycle is 3 months old, If I transfer my h1b to other employer is that makes any issues as pay cycle is old but paid date is current...
