H1b Transfer with old pay stub

I have transferred my h1b to current employer in nov 2020, the employer holding of 3 months pay and running the pay stub, hold the money for GC processing, So in my stub paid date showing as current paid date but paid cycle is 3 months old, If I transfer my h1b to other employer is that makes any issues as pay cycle is  old but paid date is current...

 

Could you please provide inputs...

This is illegal.

why did you agreed for delayed payments for the work you did for employer 90 days ago??

this is illegal practice and seems like it's documented, you can take your employer to court for this.

Try to fix it while you can, it can become issue.

Legally you need to be paid LCA wages
