Transfer of H1b, how long can work with previous company and how long work for both at same time

Hello Fellow team members, 

Once the H1b transfer is complete from Company A to Company B,

- How long I can work for Company A if Company B is willing to wait for few months after the transfer is approved. Since I-140 just got approved 180 days are not complete yet.

- How long I can work for both Company A and Company B, for such a scenario I have a month and a half of vacation left from last year and the current year. Since Covid related restriction for travel, haven't utilized it. If I start working at Company B and utilize vacation for the last month and a half at company A, where payroll will continue at both Company A and B for a month and a half. Would that be an issue with any future immigration process for H1b Extention, GC, etc...?

Give up the greed- one should NEVER do this on H1b

Once you have an approval from B , move there immediately
