Murad Jamal
I am about to renew my B1/B2 visa which was issued by the US embassy in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia which's the city I'm a permanent resident in, but couldn't find any available appointments due to the limited numbers of allowed applicants to be processed daily (because of Covid19), and I found some available appointments in the US consulate in a different city in Saudi Arabia which is: Dhahran, while filling the DS-160 form I faced this question: Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence? What should I answer ? I thought of "Yes" because it's the same country, and I also thought of "No" because it's a different location, and remember that the city name is printed on visa after accepting it by the embassy.
