H4 EAD startup options

Hello,

My wife is working as an IT consultant through H4 EAD. 

She is getting an opportunity through her friends to join a startup for expanding business in North America. 

Can you please clarify the following queries?

1. Can she work as a consultant & start LLC in parallel for a start-up in a director role? 

 2. Will it become a problem while going for stamping?

3. Do we need to declare both contributions in DS160 & submit accounts documents for the startup?
