I have I-140 approved through Company A1 and now I am getting a promotional role in Company A2. my priority date is not current but if it becomes current can i still file AOS I485 given both company A1 and A2 are actually under Company A. I-140 has company A1 written on it. Will Company A2 have to re-do the PERM? Quote Link to comment
