L2 to H4 COS where H4 was not filed along with H1

Hello,

This is regarding COS of my wife from L2 to H4.

I came to USA in 2018 on L1B through Company A and my wife and kid were on L2 with i94 valid till Mar 3rd 2021. Company B filed H1B for me last year and I moved to the company payroll on Dec 15th 2020. H4 for my wife and kid were not filed by the company B along with my H1B. It was later filed and the petition was received by USCIS on Jan 21st 2021 and finger prints were taken on Apr 26th 2021. ide the clarification on below points. Since the I94 is expired , please suggest if my wife and kid are out of status. Also, please let me know if there would be any impact in I-140 approval or PERM approval or H1B Transfers in future.
