My wife's H4 and H4-EAD were filed along with my H1B with my previous employer(A). My H1 with employer A got approved but while her H4 was in progress, I changed my employer to employer B. But her last approved H4 expired on 12/31/2020. As she was having a pending case with USCIS, we have NOT filed another H4 with my current approved H1 with employer B . Meanwhile my previous employer revoked my previous H1 (With which the H4 was filed). Today we have received denial for both H4 and H4-EAD.We relied on previous h4 extension application and didn't put new h4 extension after I changed employer in March 2021.Please let us know your valid suggestions.
