Does it mean drop box is eligible for people who did previous stamping in different country? Before: Was your most recent H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) issued in India after January 1, 2008? Now: Was your most recent H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) issued after January 1, 2008? Quote Link to comment
