kc2020
My kid will start her undergraduate studies this September. She is a US citizen. We live in India. My spouse and I have a B2 visa. Can we travel to the US to drop her off? The University is in Atlanta. I have gone through the proclamation (https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/04/30/a-proclamation-on-the-suspension-of-entry-as-nonimmigrants-of-certain-additional-persons-who-pose-a-risk-of-transmitting-coronavirus-disease-2019/). In there, Section 1 says non-immigrant visa (like B2) holders cannot enter the US. But, then Section 2 (a) (iv) says that parents of a US citizen (under 21, unmarried) can enter the US. Would appreciate if someone can confirm whether we can or cannot travel (along with my daughter). Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
You should be able to travel along with your US Citizen child, as per the proclamation, as she is under the age of 21. Quote Link to comment
