Hi,

My company's immigration company upgraded my H1B extension petition to premium and after 2 weeks I was informed that USCIS returned the premium upgrade application indicating that the immigration company is not the attorney of record. They went ahead and filed another upgrade application immediately. However I would like to know if any lawyers in this community has seen this happening before in their experience. We are concerned as my current H1B visa and i-94 expires within a month.
