satty_sathish
Came to India for an emergency and have my return trip back to USA on July 10th. I have advance parole travel document and my kids are US citizens who live in USA (did not travel with me). I have their birth certificates to show as proof. Do I qualify for exception and not subject to travel ban? Or Do I need to apply for NIE? Anyone please share your experience if you were on the same boat as me. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
You have the birth certificates of your US citizen kids. I think you are good. Quote Link to comment
sgrcres
You need to carry your children's original birth certificates and copy of their US passports as well. You qualify for the exception. No need to apply for NIE. Several have come to US based on these documents. Quote Link to comment
