Srihari B Posted June 24, 2021 Report Share Posted June 24, 2021 I was working on H1 for Employer A and changed to H4 7 days prior to the completion of 6 years on my H1. Employer A didn't initiate GC, so i didn't have approved I-140. Also Employer A didn't revoke my h1b petition. Once changed to H4, I have got H4EAD since my spouse has I140 approval and working for Employer B now. Employer B is willing to initiate GC for me now. If I get I-140 approval and if Employer B sponsors for H1, am I eligible to change the status back to H1 and apply for H1 extension with my I-140 approval?
