pvkprasad Posted June 23, 2021 Report Share Posted June 23, 2021 Hi , I filed for I485 in Nov 2020 concurrently with my I140 downgrade. The I140 is still pending. My PD is current in July 2021 bulletin. My daughter turned 21 in Jan 2021 (2 months after filing the AOS) Wanted to confirm my understanding that she is protected under CSPA if the I140 is approved while my priority date is current, correct?
