VMar Posted June 17, 2021 Report Share Posted June 17, 2021 Based on the latest bulletin, my PD is current for final action. I had downgraded from EB2 to EB3 so I-140 is still pending in addition to I-485. Will it complicate matters to change jobs /employer at this stage in the process? or Is it recommended to wait for months (however long it takes for the approvals /GC to arrive) and then change jobs? Does anyone have any idea of the processing time from when the dates become current and GC is received? Quote Link to comment
