ssikha Posted June 17, 2021 Report Share Posted June 17, 2021 Hi, I have my I-140 approved with my old employer - Employer A and they have filed my 485 recently along with 485J I joined full time with my current Employer B (almost 1.6 yrs back) and do not want to leave / loose that full time opportunity. My priority date is action date now with my old Employer A. Is there a way that get my GC with my current Employer B (without loosing my full time)? Quote Link to comment
