shubad Posted June 17, 2021 Report Share Posted June 17, 2021 Sir, My child is going to be 21 years in October 31 2021. My priority date is 01/Jan/2013 which is current in July visa bulletin in EB3. I have applied I485 for him along with mine in Dec 2020 and the Biometric is done. Is my son will age out if his I485 Not approved before Oct 31 2021? Quote Link to comment
