Rakesh Nair Posted June 16, 2021 Report Share Posted June 16, 2021 Dear All, Have a question on H1B cap exempt. I was physically "out" of USA for more than a YR, around 2017-2018 timeframe. Since early 2019 I have been working in USA on TN Visa. My question is has my H1B clock been reset to get another six yrs of H1B, or TN has any impact ?? , because since 2019 I have been in physically present in the US Thanks, Rakesh Quote Link to comment
