Tara K
I went for stamping with my current employer's approved petition and got 221g due to travel ban and could not get any exception from the Consulate since I work in a Employer-Client model. I am on the verge of losing my current job since I am not allowed to work remotely from India. Mean while I got another job opportunity(Full time) and the H1B petition got approved until 2023. Now I want to book another appointment for Visa stamping with the new employer's petition. Do I have to withdraw the pending 221g application to do so? There are pretty good chances of getting visa approval with the new petition as it falls under one of the major sectors of Critical IT Infrastructure Edited June 16, 2021 by Tara K Quote Link to comment
