nrjmkl Posted June 14, 2021 Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 I have an approved I-140 with Employer A under title "Software Developer" with a priority date of 2015 June. Since then received few promotions. Currently with Employer B with title "VP Engineering" and they started my GC process in March 2021. Couple questions, - Could I still port my original priority date of 2015 June with the changes in my job titles? - And knowing that the GC process started in March 2021 (currently with DOL for job classification), when can I approx. expect to complete PERM application and move to I-140?
