srii_h1b Posted June 10, 2021 Report Share Posted June 10, 2021 Hello, Can anyone guide on what the expected outcome is when I-485 is filed and soon after, the Final action date also becomes current? Will the USCIS still issue EAD and AP and continue processing the green card or will the green card be issued directly by skipping the EAD and AP step?
