GOT EAD, But I140 not yet approved

My priority date is Aug 2012. Thus, I downgraded from EB2-EB3.

My concurrent filing was done on Oct 22, 2020. I got my EAD on Mar 2, but my I140 is still not approved.

What happens, when the final action date becomes current? Will I get the green card, or do I need to wait for I140 to be approved ?

What are my options?

Just an extension question on this topic. I also got my EAD and I-140 is yet to be approved. What is the value of this Combo Card (EAD and TravelDocument) when my I-140 is under review  and fingerprints are done ?

I am in the same situation. I-140 is still pending. finger prints done and EAD is approved.

I-140 - PP is not accepting tried twice.

@Kishore and @ram143 : any update about your I-140 cases?

I am also in same situation, got EAD and AP but 140 not approved. Tried premium rejected once, we sent it again. No hope that they will accept this time. Its a wait and see game I  am glad people ahead of me getting GCs, I will get my turn.
