My wife and kids are in the US. due to covid-19 i did not get an appointment for visa stamping. I have tried to expedite the visa appointment. it has been denied. my regular appointment in the month of November 2021. my company is going to stop my US salary. is my dependent eligible to stay in US? How long they can stay? your advice will help me to make a decision for my Kids' education. Quote Link to comment
