Job Change while 1-485 peninding

My AOS was filed and Biometrics was completed (EB1), But I-485,EAD are pending. Can I change the employer now? will it impact my current I-485 ?

Job change soc code can create RFE for I-485

Hope you are trying switch employer based on your current visa  since  your EAD pending, you have AOS date should pass 180 days to switch employer.
