Looking for experiences in filing N-470 for continuous residence.

1. Do I need to be in the US to file N-470. When I can travel abroad?

2. Is it possible to change jobs outside the US after filing N-470? Do I need to submit amendment to N-470 after I change job or freshly file N-470

3. Like #2, are change of address abroad permitted after filing N-470 and if I change address, do I file amendment for N-470 or freshly file N-470
