I have over 15+ experience and that includes 2.5 years of experience from a company which is out of business since 2010. I know that experience letter in company letterhead is a must to have item to avoid any RFE. I learned from few of blogs that the experience letter is required only for those many years for which the PERM is filed. Means, if PERM application requires 10+ experience, then in that case the first company experience letter is not required? Quote Link to comment
