Ongoing I-485 Processing Delays

My EB2 PD (Jan 2010) is current since March 2021 visa bulletin. Infact now it is at Aug 2010, but I have not received any update from USCIS.

My medical and biometrics were last done in 2012 (during I-485 filing), so USCIS will definitely need me to update the medical, but I have not heard from them yet.

I have reached out to my local senator and congressman, awaiting response. Also raised SR, but got standard reply, nothing concrete.

Did you folks receive any updates? If not, what other step are you taking.

You can try taking infopass appointment.

Thanks @Shurap1, I did try to call them but they refused to set up an appointment and said I just have to wait. Any other alternatives? I

Oh they stopped doing online appointments it seems.. they used to allow that in the past. You can try submitting a case to Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (CIS Ombudsman) if your case is outside of the processing times window per USCIS published timelines: https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance

Other than that there is nothing much you do at this point than wait.
