They completed my h1b transfer in premium and h1b was approved from 5/10/2021 to 5/9/2024. I was just going through my LCA and the date on LCA shows 8/20/2021 to 8/19/2024. I have emailed my attorney for clarification but havent received any reply yet. I just wanted to get second opinion hence posting it here, is that ok to have different dates on h1b and LCA or do we have to file an amendment? any suggestion would be appreciated.
