H1B-Amendment- Moved to New Client and within MSA ( No change in Title/Roles/Salary)

Hi,

I am moving to new client ( End-Client A to End-Client B of different address but within MSA) and there is no change w.r.to Title/Roles/Pay. 

Could you please let me know do I need to file for Amendment? if not what are the things do I need to take care if any site visits occur.

Moving to new client is a material change. Amendment required. Same case for me,
