ramya_ramya Posted May 4, 2021 Report Share Posted May 4, 2021 Hi , I have applied for H4 and EAD extension . But due to processing delays it is not yet approved and current H4 I94 is expired. I have I140 approved , can I switch to H1B by applying Change of status in US ? I believe Consulate processing is not an option for me as I will not be able to travel to India at this time.
