sam00z
Hello All Greetings for the day and hope everyone is safe. I have my I140 approved with my old company A. Right now, I am working with company B from one year as I got 3 yr H1B extension using company A I140. Company B is asking they will start their I140, but I don't want to as I want to move out of this company. So my question is as I have 1 and half year left on my H1B with company B, can I not have my I140 process start with company B, move to a new company and will this new company be able to apply for my H1B using company A I140? Please let me know. Thanking You Sandeep Govind Quote Link to comment
