Ram29
Hello I have been charged with misdemeanor domestic family violence case, my prosecutor said, if i take 18 weeks of bipp (Battering Intervention and Prevention Program) he will dismiss my case. So my question are: 1. Does taking bipp program mean, I am admitting the case or plea the guilty. 2.I am currently on H1b, planning to extend new year, what are my implications on my H1B if my case gets dismissed 3. what are my implications if i travel outside country after my case is dismissed. nickjackson
This question determines whether the guilty gets charged with long-term penalties, such as expulsion for non-U.S. inhabitants, limitations on receiving some licenses, and the termination of voting rights. The charges for a Misdemeanor and a felony differ as per the degree of severity. To know more about Domestic Violence visit getlegal.com Quote Link to comment
