vvazza10
Hi ! I have got my PERM certified for Location A and have my i140 approved. Considering covid19 situation, my senior manager has approved employees to work remote. I would like to move to Location B where my wife would be getting employed in a month. Could you please let me know if H1B amendment would suffice? Or if this would require starting labor and i140 process altogether? What are my options here? Quote Link to comment
JoeF
It depends how the PERM is written. If it states something like "work from unforeseen locations" it would be ok. If not, a new PERM for the work location would be required. Discuss this with your lawyer. Quote Link to comment
