vvazza10
Hi ! I have got my PERM certified for Location A and have my i140 approved. Considering covid19 situation, my senior manager has approved employees to work remote. I would like to move to Location B where my wife would be getting employed in a month. Could you please let me know if H1B amendment would suffice? Or if this would require starting labor and i140 process altogether? What are my options here? Quote Link to comment

But the labor that was certified would have been tested for location A, wasn’t it? I thought this would require a redo of labor Quote Link to comment
