ravichhatwani Posted May 2, 2021 Report Share Posted May 2, 2021 I lived 10 years in US on H1B I have I-140 approved, I moved last year to India due to some personal issues my H1B got expired last month I want to return to US what are the options for me, my employer has to file H1B extension on the basis of my I-140 or I need to apply for lottery next year.
