My H1B 6 yrs term was expired in Aug 2020 while my PERM was pending for approval, so I moved to India. Now I got my PERM and I-140 approved, but my employer is not filing my H1B extension because he didn't get the client contract renewal. What are the options available for me to go back to US? I am thinking to change my employer in India and file H1B extension through the new employer based on my approved I-140 (after 180 days of I-140 Approval) can I do that?
