PSau
I was working for a company and maxed out my 6 years H1B time while my Green Card was in process. Based on that I had to go on H4 and take leave of absence, since I could not have worked for employer. Now that my company has secured I140, and has filed for H1B. Can I join back on receipt or do I have to wait for H1B approval to come through? Quote Link to comment
JoeF
You have to wait for approval. Joining with receipt is only possible if the person currently is on H1 for another employer. Edited April 30, 2021 by JoeF Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Check with your employer. If your employer lets you, then you should be able to join back on receipt. Quote Link to comment
