USKRISH Posted April 28, 2021 Report Share Posted April 28, 2021 Hi, I am currently working in H4 EAD and which is about to expire in June 2021. My spouse's H1 is approved already beyond June 2021(As it was a Premium Processing) but my H4 which was filed to Texas Center is still pending. However, a week back i got a Mail from USCIS for my H4 Biometrics on May 5th 2021. Question : Can i file H4 EAD once i am done with H4 Biometrics along with the Biometrics receipt? Or should i file H4 EAD only for after my H4 is approved? Does filing before H4 approval help process EAD faster in anyways? As i am working currently i will have lose my job if EAD takes time to process. Need suggestions and your experiences. Thanks Quote Link to comment
