I have an offer from company B and they are ready to file transfer cum extension petition now in regular process . Can they file my petition while current H-1B extension is under process and what happens if they file after my I 94 expires Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System Posted April 29, 2021 Report Share Posted April 29, 2021 Company B should be able to file your transfer cum extension petition even with current extension under process from Company A. It is advisable to file (along with H4 if applicable), before your I-94 expires. Company A will withdraw your petition once you leave their company. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
