kmadanu Posted April 28, 2021 Report Share Posted April 28, 2021 Hi, I am currently on L1A. I had initiated H1B couple of years before and it got approved. I chose not to go with L1 during that time. Now my L1A is going to get expired next year. H1B duration that got approved before has got expired. I would like to switch now to H1B. Do I need to wait for April next year for fresh H1B filing?
