Procedure to apply for B2 visa from Canada on Indian passport?

I'm an international student in Canada with Indian passport. My elder brother is getting married in June and I was looking forward to apply for B2 visa to attend the wedding. What documents should I keep in hand and the general procedure? Also, are the visa interview dates easily available since everything is uncertain due to COVID situation? I'd appreciate any help big time!
