acarpit17 Posted April 26, 2021 Report Share Posted April 26, 2021 PRIORITY DATA JUNE 2014 - EMPLOYER A PRIORITY DATA JAN 2019 - EMPLOYER B CONCURRENTLY FILED i-140/i-485/i-313/i-765 upgraded to premium processing to for i-140 and case approved with a PD date jan-2019. USCIS did not port the old PD date and i am worried by i-485 will get rejected. what are my chances to get this corrected by my lawyer by sending an email to texas service center ? it is hard ? or easy to get this corrected ? anyone facing similar issues ? acarpit17 Posted April 27, 2021 Author Report Share Posted April 27, 2021 The Lawyer sent an email to Texas service center and within 24 hours they replied saying email update from the premium processing unit of the Texas Service Center: “The priority date on this case has been corrected, and a new approval notice has been ordered.” Quote Link to comment
