drrahul2099 Posted April 26, 2021 Report Share Posted April 26, 2021 Employer A - PD - July 2014 - EB2Employer B - PD - Jan 2019 - EB2 filled downgraded from eb2 to eb3 November 2020 and filed I-485 , I-765 and I-131 and I-140 upgraded to premium process last week and got I-140 approved with PD -Jan 2019 for EB3 and this is a problem for For I-485 as the PD is not matching . what are my chances to get this PD ported to July -2014 ? Is this retention of PD possible? Is this going to be corrected by uscis Texas service center if my lawyer sent an email to Texas svc ? Quote Link to comment
