Moreover, if a Canadian citizen wishes to start a business in the US or establish an office of current Canadian business in the US and the long term wishes to get a green card for himself and his family, what is the best visa route to establish a business/office in the US? The current business does not have substantial revenue, profit, and investment. It is a startup, so I am unsure whether the L1A visa route would be smooth, considering the investment is around USD 100,000; Therefore, what is the best route among E1, E2, and L1A visas.
