got H1B in 2012, used all H1B valid time, not extended, new or old H1B now?

Information:

EmployerA: OPT -> H1B , got H1B approved Oct 2012 - Sep 2015, 

EmployerB: H1B -> H1B transfer, got H1B approved, Jan 2014 - Dec 2016, h1b stamped in India June2014.

My last day at EmployerB was Dec 2016, last day of my H1B visa.

H4 approved,

EAD Approved, Sep 2019 - June 2022 and possible to extend on spouse H1-B (I-140 approved, green card pending)

Question:

EmployerC wants to sponsor my H1B as of May 2021, can I leverage my existing H1-B? or will it be a new H1B application applied next year?

You left with 9 months of H1b which you can use. If you you will apply for new H1b next year and if it will be selected in lottery you will get 6 years.
