H4 - existing application on previous employer-H1

Hello,

H1 was with employer-A. Had applied for H4 and H4-EAD extension a couple months before H4 expiry based on employer-A H1. Due to the filing fees being incorrect, the H4 application was rejected. The rejection was received over two weeks after the i94 expiry. A new application was filed immediately and received a receipt notice for it. There was 3 weeks gap between H4 expiry and the H4 extension receipt notice.

Had consulted with Attorney from Murthy Law firm and got advice on the above issue.

H1B changed employer. To address the above possible H4 issue within 6 months of previous H4 expiry, traveled outside of USA. Got H4 stamped in the home country based on new H1 with employer-B and returned back. The new i94 expires in another 2 and half years.

For the H4 application in process, received biometrics appointment. The H1(employer-A) with which the H4 extension was filed is no longer valid.

Please advice what should be done with the biometrics appointment, H4 application and H4-EAD.
