H1b extension got approved in 15 days but h4 application still pending with biometrics scheduled in May 2021. My H4 visa and I-94 expired have already expired. Now, my husband is switching job and his new employer is applying for h1b transfer. What will happen to my pending h4 application? Will I go out of status? Quote Link to comment
