Hi,

I need your thoughts on my situation. My I-140 approved in 2012 and moved to Canada in 2014 and now trying for H1-B transfer to get back to the USA by new employer. Is that possible to use my I-140 approved copy and do cap-exempt H1-B transfer after 7 years out of the USA? Please kindly let me know your thoughts.
